Here at L&A Creations we understand that it is not always in our control when a order arrives damaged or incorrect.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect please take a photo and send it to us as quickly as possible for us to sort the problem.

We may offer to cover the postage for your order to be returned, once it is back with us and we have assessed the damage we will contact you and rearrange either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
